Amer obtained his master’s degree (MSc) in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Jordan in 2017. During his studies he gained research experience working with spray drying technology to prepare controlled release microparticles. In 2018, Amer joined Dar Aldawa Pharmaceutical Company in Jordan as a formulator in the Research and Development Unit, where he was responsible for developing and scaling up solid dosage forms. From 2019-2022 her worked as a lecturer at the Aqaba University of Technology in Jordan, teaching different courses related to industrial pharmacy and pharmaceutics. Amer’s FAAB PhD project will focus on the pharmacokinetics of long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC-PUFAs).
