Tina graduated with a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Applied Biology and Biochemistry from the National University of Science and Technology in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. She has worked as senior quality control analyst for two pharmaceutical companies in Bulawayo where she was responsible for chemical analysis of raw materials, bulk and finished products, and analytical method and process validation in cGMP conscious environment. Her responsibilities also focused on analytical work leading to drug development and registration, using spectrophotometry and chromatography as analytical tools. Tina’s PhD project will investigate the emulsion structure of non-dairy milks.
