Rory studied biomedical science and accounting at the University of Technology Sydney before moving to Macquarie to pursue a Master of Biotechnology. His intellectual passion spans science, history, and literature. His downtime is devoted to reading, working out, or playing soccer, rugby, basketball, or indeed any sport he can get his hands on. His love of sport has naturally extended into a keen interest in the sciences of nutrition, biochemistry and health. Rory’s project is on production of non-dairy proteins.
