Dr Nicole Ruff is the R&D Manager of Skretting Australia. Nicole has been working for Skretting Australia for over 10 years. During this time, she worked in Product management & development, R&D, and feed commercialisation with a focus on developing nutritional solutions to address the particular challenges for a variety of significant aquaculture species including Atlantic salmon, King salmon, trout, barramundi and abalone. Nicole is also an Associate Researcher at the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS) at the University of Tasmania and has over 20 years’ experience in Aquaculture research.
